Refund Request Process:

• To initiate a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
• Provide proof of the grades received or feedback from assignments, classes, or exams we assisted with.
• Our team will review each request on a case-by-case basis, considering unique circumstances that may not be fully covered by this policy.

Processing Refunds:

• After receiving your request and verifying the details, we will process your refund.
• Please allow up to 30 days from the submission of your request for the refund to be processed.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or PayPal, as per our available options. Please note, cash refunds are not available.

Exceptions:

• Services are non-refundable if you have partially completed the coursework or exams before or after our involvement without notifying us.
• Should our services not result in achieving an A or B grade as promised, we offer a full refund or the option to retake the service at no additional cost.
