About Randy Williams

My passion for investing and bringing together like-minded community leaders has created a powerful and giving environment for entrepreneurs. I founded the Keiretsu Forum in September 2000 to provide a disciplined and structured approach to private equity investing. Keiretsu Forum is in three continents and has expanded to 37 chapters throughout the United States, China and Europe. With over 1,500 members, Keiretsu Forum is the largest angel investment community in world. I have 35 years of experience in finance, real estate, and marketing. I have previously held board and advisory positions in over fifteen companies.

I am also a frequent guest speaker at investment conferences, leading universities, and business schools on alternative asset investments and entrepreneurialism. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Berkeley.

I have a passion for swimming in the ocean and bays around the world, and I am a past world record holder in master’s swimming. I currently hold 7 San Francisco Olympic Club swimming records, and enjoy recognition as a member of the Olympic Club Hall of Fame for the 1980s water polo team.
